Peel and grate carrot and potato.

Wash grated potato and soak it in ice cold water so the extra starch is gone.

Press and squeeze grated carrot and potato. Pat dry on kitchen towel.

In a pan add 1tsp butter. Add grated carrot and potato. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.

Once cool add salt, Pepper, red chilli powder, and all flours.

Mix well till nice dough is formed. Tap it with hands and make it into rectangular shape.

Freeze it for 15-20 minutes.

Cut it into desired shapes.

Shallow fry on medium flame.

Serve it with your favourite dip..
