2 servings
  1. 1 cupbig fried noofles
  2. 1/2 cupcabbage
  3. 1/3 cupcapsicum
  4. 1/3 cupcarrot
  5. 1/3 cuponion
  6. 2 tbsptomato
  7. to tasteSoy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce
  8. as neededSalt, pepper, chaat masala, peanuts
  9. 1 tbspgreens of spring onion

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add capsicum, carrot & cabbage. Saute fr few minutes.

  2. 2

    Add all the 3 sauces & stir.
    Remove from flame.
    Let it cool.

    Add onions, tomatoes, seasonings & roasted peanuts. Serve instantly.
