Mix the flour with chilled butter

Like bread crumbs..then add salt.sugar 1tsp.and egg yolk

Make a dough with the water..keep it in the fridge for half hour

Heat the pan and oil.then beetroot and paneer

Saute it for 5minutes.add sugar

Mix nicely..now add milk as required

When it becomes little thick switch of the flame

After cooling mix the egg in the mixture

Now take out the dough..roll it

Place in the tart mould..put some lentil in the mould

Now bake it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes in160 degrees

This called blind bake..after 10 minutes.take out

Pour the beetroot mixture in the tart

Again bake it for minutes in the preheated oven in 160 degrees

When it becomes little brown switch of the oven
