Mix together mawa,chhena and cornflour until well combined.

Make a soft dough.

Make small balls.

Put some ghee in a pan for frying the balls.Fry all the balls in medium flame.

Now switch off the flame and add ball in the pan.when the balls rise up then switch on the flame and keep it on low.

Now put sugar in a pan and add some water

Let Sugar melt and boil..add saffron and cardamom powder.now sugar syrup is ready

Now add fried balls in sugar syrup.

Now gulab jamun ready
