First wash and soak soyabean overnight. Then grind it.

Now grind ginger, garlic, cloves, pepper and cardamom.

Grind green peas.

Now mix all ingredients except oil and corn flour.

Now mix it and make kabab on icecream sticks.

Now freeze it 30 minutes.

Now roll in corn flour.

Heat oil and deep fry.

Serve with curd chutney and salad.
