1 cupflour
1 cupdessicated coconut
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupbutter
1 tspbaking Powder
2 tspvanilla extract
1large egg

Steps

25 minutes.

Mix flour with dessicated coconut. Then cream butter and sugar until pale.

Add in the egg and whisk well.

Add in vanilla essence and stir.

Fold in the flour until thick

Mould into round balls and put them in a greased baking sheet

Bake for 15 minutes max at 180 degrees.
