1.1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cupButter
1/4 cup Chocolate
1 cup Sugar
1 tspBaking Powder
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
4 Eggs
Strawberry Swirl:
1cupWhip Cream
2 tbsp Icing Sugar
1/4 cupStrawberry (chopped)
1/2 tsp Strawberry Essence

Steps

....melt butter with chocolate in microwave, mix well...
Beat eggs, sugar and essence till fluffy and sugar melted add sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder mix well add in butter mixture and fold in well...
Pour on greased tray and bake in oven on 170 C till done...
Let it cool, cut any shape you desire...
Strawberry Swirl:....beat whip cream just before it forms peaks add icing sugar and essence and beat till peaks formed...
Fold in chopped strawberries and top up the brownie
