Ingredients

40 mins
  1. 150 graisins, sultanas or currents
  2. 50 gmixed peel (lemon & orange)
  3. 1apple (5mm cube)
  4. 120 mlapple juice
  5. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  6. 1 tspnutmeg
  7. 1 tspground ginger

  1. 1

    Cut the cored apple into 5 mm cubes

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients into a pan

  3. 3

    Simmer gently for 30 mins (until absorbed)

    Once cooled, spoon the mixture into a jar.
