Steps

In a mixer grinder grind green peas, chillies, ginger, salt to a coarse paste.

Take 1tbsp oil in a pan and keep it on the stove top in medium flame and add asafoetida and cumin seeds to it.

When the cumin seeds crackled add the pea paste, dry mango powder and garam masala powder. Cook it for approximately 7-8min.

Transfer the masala to a bowl and allow it to cool.

In the mean time make a soft dough with the flour by adding pinch of salt and water with it.

Then make 4balls out of them. In each ball add the prepared masala.

Roll out gently into paratha shape. Cook the paratha on both sides till the golden spots appear.

Brush with butter/ghee/oil. Serve hot t sweet curd or as you like.
