Steps

Heat butter in a pan add chopped onion when change the colour add ginger garlic chopped and sauté till raw smell goes

Now add tomato purée and add butter paneer masala when oil separate then add mushrooms and sauté well.

Add I cup of water and cook well with using of lid when mushrooms cooked 3/4 done add 1/2 capcicum and cook it little.

Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot with rice, chapattis or nan
