Ingredients

  • 1Big brinjal
  • 1 cup Gramflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder 1/4tsp or too or less ur taste
  • 1 pinchAsofetida
  • 1/4 tspginger and garlic chopped
  • 1 Pinchturmeric
  • 2 tsprice powder pinch of baking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a smooth batter of rice powder and gram flour with dry ingredients it should be not thick nor thin.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadai now dip brinjals pieces in the batter and deep fry in med heat till golden brown

  3. 3

    Serve with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup

  4. 4

    Relish the brinjals or bangain pakoda.
