For tahini paste- dry roaste sesame seeds and soak it for 15 minutes in the water.

Add soaked sesame seeds,1 Tbsp olive oil in a blender and make a fine paste,keep aside.

Roaste brinjal on a medium gas flame until it cooks completely.

Remove brinjal peels carefully and keep aside.

Now in a mixer jar add roasted brinjal,garlic pods,lemon juice,tahini paste, Olive oil and salt.

Make very fine paste.

Baba Ganoush is ready.

Sprinkle some red chilli powder.

Use with pita bread,or simply with Indian paratha or in Sandwich.
