Mushroom gnocchi with arugula and walnut pesto

Pulse walnuts, parmesan, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper until paste forms

Cook gnocchi
- 3
Heat butter and saute mushrooms until they are browned
- 4
Add gnocchi to mushrooms. Stir in half the walnut mixture ans brown til gnocchi is golden brown
- 5
Add some pasta water to rest of pesto, and add to gnocchi. Top with arugula
