CHANA DAAL WITH LAUKI(bottle gourd)
Steps

Adding ghee to a pan.add cumin seeds,chopped onions and sauté for 1-2 mins.

Add tomatoes,green chilli,ginger and along with spices and mix.cover the pan and low the flame
- 3
Cook for 2-3 mins till the tadka becomes mushy
- 4
Now stir in the daal and mix. Add boiled lauki, kasuri methi and as required add water to the cooked daal and bring it to a boil
- 5
Now add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
