5potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoonaromat
1 tablespoonmargarine
100 gmixed frozen vegetables
2 1/2 cupswater

In a pot on a medium heat boil potatoes till soft add frozen veggies to boil a bit then drain water add aromat and margarine and mash the potatoes until creamy.
