Chicken and Shrimp 'Fideuá' with Soybean Sprouts
My goal is to lose weight without giving up delicious food, so I swapped out the noodles for soybean sprouts. I hope you enjoy my light, Asian-inspired version that you can eat without guilt!

Cut the chicken into small cubes and place in a nonstick skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Add the sesame seeds and toast for 1 minute.

Dice the tomato into very small cubes and add to the skillet.

Stir and add the chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

Add the shrimp and season with tamari sauce, salt, pepper, and ground ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Rinse the soybean sprouts and add them to the skillet. Mix well. Let it simmer, stirring from the bottom up and gathering the mixture toward the center of the skillet.

Cook for 5 minutes. Adjust salt if needed and turn off the heat. Enjoy without guilt!
