Ingredients

  • 1 cupRawa
  • 1/2 cupdahi
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 3 tbspghee
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast Rawa in ghee until aromat. When add in a mixing bowl & let it cool down.

  2. 2

    Add the remaining ingredients & make smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Drop a spoonful of batter in appe pan & cook until golden brown & crisp.

    Serve hot with coconut chutney
