Semolina potato fingers

Heat a wok and add water.

When water comes to boil add semolina in it.

Keep stirring to avoid lumps

When the mixture becomes thick turn off the flame and let it cool.

Now add boiled potato, and other ingredients except oil and mix nicely.

Now grease your palm and take a ball size mixture and give it a shape of finger.

Fry these in hot oil.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
