No added sugar jelly, perfect treat for babies and young children.

Chop the end off the strawberries. Slice large ones to fit in blender.

Set a few strawberries aside and puree the rest till smooth.

Boil the kettle.

Add 8 tbsp of boiling water to a measurement jug that can hold at least a pint.

Add the sachet of gelatine and whisk until completely dissolved.

Add the strawberry puree to the jug.

Top up with hot water to a pint.

Grab a couple of bowls or dishes to portion. Chop the remaining strawberries to pieces and add to the bottom.

Pour in the jelly and pop portions in the fridge until set. Could take a couple of hours depending on portion size.
