Ingredients

20 minutes
4 people
  1. 1 poundground beef
  2. 1.5 cupswater
  3. 1.5 cupsinstant white rice
  4. Halfonion (we prefer yellow, finely chopped)
  5. .5 cupketchup
  6. 1 tablespoonyellow mustard
  7. 1 cupshredded cheese (I use cheddar)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Brown beef in skillet with onion, drain

    Add water, ketchup, mustard & bring to a boil

    Add rice, remove from heat, cover & let sit 5 minutes

    Add cheese, cover & let sit 5 minutes

    Optional: top with pickles before serving
