Ingredients

6 large
  • 1 poundpork cutlet
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 cupbreadcrumbs
  • As neededsunflower oil to fry in
  • 1 cupwhite wine vinegar
  • To tastesalt and ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Butterfly the pork and beat it thin with a mallet.

    Season the cutlet after they have been beaten thinly.

    Beat the eggs. Heat the oil

  4. 4

    Dip the thin pork cutlet into the flour

  5. 5

    Dip the pork into the egg

    Then Dip into the breadcrumbs coat throughly

    Fry till golden brown remove the oil.

    Add the fried cutlet into vinegar cook till the vinegar evaporates.

Would you mind sending your recipe for the pork pasta with cheese that you posted with the pork chops and vinegar? The side dish looks absolutely amazing and not only am I going to try the pork chops myself but I would live to pair it with the pasta you posted.
