First cut the cucumber into strips like this with this kind of peeler.

Sprinkle salt over all the cucumber and keep stuffing at one end of the cucumber.

Then roll the cucumber keeping the stuffing tight inside and garnish with chilli flakes and cherry.

For stuffing Take a kadai add oil to it then add mustard seeds jeera turmeric hing and curry pata and mix well. Then add onions and ginger garlic paste and cook well. Now add boiled aloo and all the masala with salt and cook well sprinkle Kasuri methi. Squeeze lemon and stuffing is ready.. left over stuffing can be used in paratha or made to cutlet
