Banana suji cake

In a bowl take suji curd and wheat flour sugar and mix it well.

Make a thick batter. Add milk if required.

Add ghee in it and keep aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes add vanilla essence, mashed banana and lemon juice in it and mix well.

Now add baking soda and baking powder and tutti frutti and mix nicely.

Pour this mixture in cake tin and bake it in preheated oven at 160℃ for 15 minutes
