500 gBeef mince meat
1onion, chopped
1carrot, peeled and chopped
2tomatoes, grated
1 tsprajah curry powder
1 tspbarbecue spice
1 tspsix gun grill spice
2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
6green beans, chopped
3 tbspsoil to fry

Fry onion and garlic add all spices

Add tomatoes and chopped green beans and carrot

Then add mince meat stir and simmer for 10 minutes

Best served with rice
