Ingredients

  • For balls :
  • 3medium sized pototoes
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • handfulcoriander
  • 1 packetcorn (boiled)
  • 1/2Capsicum chop finely
  • 2 green chilles
  • 2 cubescheese
  • for seasoningBlack pepper Powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredOregano
  • for seasoningChilli flakes
  • for coatingBread crumbs
  • For slurry
  • 2spoon maida
  • 1tsp cornflour
  • pinchSalt
  • Mix all and Make paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients for balls together and make small round balls out of then

    Then make slurry, dip it in slurry

  3. 3

    Then roll it in bread crumbs nicely..

    Refrigerate for 30-40mins

  5. 5

    Deep fry.. Serve hot with Scezhwan sauce or Maggi hot and sweet sauce.
