Ingredients

  1. For balls :
  2. 3medium sized pototoes
  3. 1/2 capsicum
  4. handfulcoriander
  5. 1 packetcorn (boiled)
  6. 1/2Capsicum chop finely
  7. 2 green chilles
  8. 2 cubescheese
  9. for seasoningBlack pepper Powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as requiredOregano
  12. for seasoningChilli flakes
  13. for coatingBread crumbs
  14. For slurry
  15. 2spoon maida
  16. 1tsp cornflour
  17. pinchSalt
  18. Mix all and Make paste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients for balls together and make small round balls out of then

  2. 2

    Then make slurry, dip it in slurry

  3. 3

    Then roll it in bread crumbs nicely..

  4. 4

    Refrigerate for 30-40mins

  5. 5

    Deep fry.. Serve hot with Scezhwan sauce or Maggi hot and sweet sauce.
