Ingredients

  • 2 cupgrated fresh corn
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspCumin
  • 1 tbspChopped green chilli
  • Lemon juice as required
  • 2 cupMilk
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • Grated coconut and coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee add cumin and green chilli saute two minutes.

  2. 2

    Add grated corn, salt, red chilli powder stir and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add milk cook till all the milk evaporates.

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice mix.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coconut and coriander.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
