Ingredients

  1. 3 bottlesnot your fathers root beer
  2. 4 poundspork roast
  3. 2 cupsbrown sugar
  4. 6-8 stripsbacon
  5. 1 bottlesweet baby rays brown sugar bbq sauce
  6. Hogie buns

Cooking Instructions

    Rub the roast and bacon in brown sugar. Put roast, bacon, and root beer in the crock pot on low for 8 hours.

    After 8 hours, shred the pork and bacon, then mix in the bbq sauce. Serve on the hogie bun and enjoy!

I love to experiment with all types of meats, slow cooker, casaroles, and grilling. I use lots of bacon and cheese. I do like to tweak my recipes so if you see somthing changed, then it got a good review. New house in the spring, so check back for lots more grilling recipes!

Very sweet but good, I want to try it again with some slight tweaks since I like my pulle pork more hearty than sweet. Super easy to make and leftovers are amazing!
