Ingredients

20-25 mnts
3 servings
  1. 3 cupsdehradun basmati rice
  2. 1 cupgrated beans and carrots
  3. 1/2paneer cubes
  4. 1 cupwhole garam masalas
  5. 2bay leaves
  6. 1/4 cupcashew-raisins
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. As neededoil and ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a deep pot adding salt

  2. 2

    Add the rice and boil it

  3. 3

    As the rice is half done remove and strain the water,keep aside

  4. 4

    Now add oil and ghee

  5. 5

    Temper whole garam masalas and bay leaf

  6. 6

    Add the vegetables and saute well adding salt and cover it for a while so that it become soft

  7. 7

    Marinate the paneer with salt and red chilli

  8. 8

    Add the paneer into the pan and fry

  9. 9

    Now add the rice mix well and cover

  10. 10

    Finally add ghee and sugar

  11. 11

    Serve it hot
