Ingredients

  • 3shunks
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat the shunk with flour and black pepper

  2. 2

    Brown the coated shunk in a pan with 1spoon margarine

  3. 3

    Remove it from pan and fry onions tomatoes black pepper and 1cup of water add the brown shunk and put to boil for 1hr
