Take all the ingredients of masala in kadai and saute

Let it cool and make paste by grinding in the mixer

Make puree and keep aside

Take another kadai put oil and put slit brinjal and let it fry or cook till it becomes soft on medium flame

Take out brinjal and keep aside

In kadai take oil put jeera, chopped green chillies, hing and saute it

Add puree and mix well, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and salt mix well

Add the paste and mix well add water and tamarind pulp

Cook till first boil

Add brinjal mix it and cover for 5 minutes to cook

Garnish with green coriander leaves

Bhagara baingan ready to eat
