Prepare the masala. add the ingredients listed for masala grinding with little water and make a paste of it

In cooker add oil let it heat

Add the bay leaves chopped onions when it slightly gets brown add in the grinded masala, salt and the chopped tomatoes cook in medium flame till the masala leaves oil

Then add keema let it dry roast as it will leave water let the water dry then add water and close the lid. 3 whistles are enough for the keema to get soft.

Serve it with coriander ready to have with pav.

Keema has to be spicy but we avoid spicy food so it totally depends upon your preference of taste.
