Steps

Take a pan put ghee in the pan and blow on the gas.

When the ghee is heated add sugi in it and stir it until the sugi become light brown.

Put it aside now in the same pan put oil and when it is heated add rai in it and then add onion, tomato, carrots, raisins, and peanuts and stir them for two minutes.

Now add water in it and add salt, some lemon drops and sugar in it.

When the water is boiled add sugi to it and continually stir it until it become moderate thick.

Your upama is ready to serve.
