Knead the dough with all the ingredients and add a little water if required to make a medium dough. Not too hard not too much soft. Cover it and let it rest for 1/2 an hour

Peel the potatoes. Take a pan heat oil and splutter jeera rai and add hing. Add tomato paste and cook it for 2 minutes. Add dry masalas and curd. Cook continuously until oil comes out. Now add diced potatoes and mix well. Add 1 glass of water and cook the bhaji covered for 5-7 minutes. Mash few potato cubes and add kasuri methi. Garnish it with some fresh coriander and mint leaves. Bhaji is ready

Now knead the dough well and roll out small puris with the rolling pin. Heat sufficient oil and fry puris from both the sides.

Preheat oven at 180• c for 10 minutes. Make some puri tarts by sticking puris on cupcake moulds. Put these tarts into the oven and bake them at 180.• c for 15-20 minutes. Pour bhaji in these tarts and serve hot
