Put oil heat it then add mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies. Add tomato fresh puree.cook properly

Then add red chilli powder and curry powder and turmeric powder. Put all ridged gourd in above preparation. Cook properly for 15 minutes till soft.you can add coconut milk for test.then garnish with coriander leaves.ready to serve.
