Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 5large potatoes thinly sliced into round shapes
  2. 1 bunchdhania cut into small pieces
  3. 1 clovegarlic grated
  4. 2 tbsdhana jeera
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tsppaprika
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper
  8. 1spring onion finely chopped
  9. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  10. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour and water to make a paste.

  2. 2

    Add the chopped onions,dhania and garlic and mix

  3. 3

    Add all the spices and salt

  4. 4

    Finally add the potatoes and throughly mix

  5. 5

    NB.you can add some tumeric for color

  6. 6

    Deep in oil untill ready.

  7. 7

    You can serve with some kachumbari.
