Ingredients

2 servings
  • 5large potatoes thinly sliced into round shapes
  • 1 bunchdhania cut into small pieces
  • 1 clovegarlic grated
  • 2 tbsdhana jeera
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1spring onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour and water to make a paste.

  2. 2

    Add the chopped onions,dhania and garlic and mix

  3. 3

    Add all the spices and salt

  4. 4

    Finally add the potatoes and throughly mix

  5. 5

    NB.you can add some tumeric for color

  6. 6

    Deep in oil untill ready.

  7. 7

    You can serve with some kachumbari.
