Steps

Wash and cut the brinjal into very thin slices.

Add Turmeric powder and salt to the brinjal slices and rest for 15 -20 minutes

Now in a bowl take gram flour add ajwaein, Turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, chat masala, make paste with little water.

Now dipped all the brinjal slices into the gram flour paste and deep fry them.

Begani is ready to serve..😊
