Besan Chilla Ki Sabzi
This is a delicious sabzi made in a ziffy. 😊
Steps

Mix ingredients of chilla. Make chillas and keep aside.

Now make gravy. Take a wok. Pour oil. Heat. Add chopped onions. Stir. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Stir. Fry till onions are golden in colour. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Stir. Add curd and stir. Add Kasoori methi. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook till masala leaves sides.

To this masala add 1 big glass of water and let it boil on medium flame.

Cook for 8 min.

Now cut pieces of chila in your desired shape and add to gravy.

Cook for 5 min. Add Kitchen king masala. Done😊

Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy 😊
