I was craving Chicken Shawarma but hate that rubbery texture of it's sides, hence this invention

Chicken sabzi for dosa : cut chicken pieces into small cubes. Marinate with all the ingredients except onion & tomato. Take a pressure cooker. Add 2 tsp ghee. Add onion & cook till brown. Add tomatoes. Cook well. Now add marinated chicken & cook for 3-4 whistles.

Soya dosa : blend soya flour with puffed rice, water & salt. Set aside for 10-15 mins. Take flat pan. Spread batter for dosa & cook both sides with a generous spread of ghee. U can add cheese slices on top & then a layer of sabzi. This will make it taste like crisp shawarma ;-)

Serve hot with chicken sabzi.
