  • 300 gm french beans
  • 1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1onion chopped
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add beans fry well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    As it get soft add Coconut and mix

  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix well

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice and daal or roti
