Take Besan and suji in a bowl..

Add salt, red chilli powder and curd in it..

Make a smooth batter adding water keep for 10 min.

Now add baking powder..

Grease the idli moulds and pour the batter and steam for 15 min.

Now make tadka..

Heat the oil.

Add mustard seed and curry leaves.. Add green chilli

Add 2cup water and sugar

Take a boil.

Turn off the flame.

Add lemon juice

Spread this tadka over all idliis

Serve with chutney or sauce.
