Take a big bowl

Take all the ingredients except ENO and oil... of batter and make thick batter by adding water.

Now add hot oil in it. Mix it well.

Put the pot of dhokla on gas glame... Take dish apply oil.

Now add ENO in batter. Mix it lightly.

Spread it on dish, and put it in hot water pot..

Steam it for 15 minute.

Now prepare vaghar

Take a vessel add rai mirch leaves.. After cracle all add sugar and water in it.. Cover it with lid.

After one boil off the flame.

Pore this vaghar on hot khaman. And sprinkle the coriander.
