An easy way to cook bhindi when you don't have much time. These crispy okras can be enjoyed as a snack and you can have them with paranthas and some raita for lunch or dinner. They are so easy to make that everyone should must give this a try.
Steps
- 1
Wash the okra and rub it with kithen towel to make it dry properly. Cut all of them lengthwise in two parts and put them in a large bowl. Mix in all the dry masalas and besan to bhindi slices and coat them nicely. This should be a dry mix. Let it be mixed together for 10 minutes. After that heat the oil for frying and deep fry these nicely coated okras in hot oil till crispy and lightly brown in colour. Put them on paper napkin for a while to remove the excess oil.
- 2
Sprinkle some chaat masala and you can squeeze some lemon on it before serving.
