Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupmethi chopped
  • 1 cuppalak chopped
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 2green chillies
  • 1small onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1-2 tbsp ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take all the ingredients

    Make dough using water. Give 10 mins rest

    Take ball from dough and rl on working surface nor thin nor thick

    Transfer it on hot tawa, roast from both sides using oil or ghee

    Remove and serve hot.
