In a wok add oil heat it up add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, sesame seeds and slightly roast.

Add chopped onion and saute it until translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste saute it.

Add gram flour and roast till the gramflour (besan) starts to change colour and becomes fragrant.

Add tomato cubes and mix well. Drizzle ½ cup water in the wok.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook for 7 - 8 minutes, stirring often.

Sprinkle kasoori Methi and serve hot.
