Now knead a soft dough adding ghee slowly to it.

Take a plate or bake dish and grease it.

Preheat the karai with adding salt and plate in it.

Arrange rolls on it.

Cover the karai.

Bake it on low flame for 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy nan khatai with cup of tea, coffee or whenever you want.
