Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsself raising flour
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 1 cupcaster sugar
  5. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1/2 cupmixture of coconut cream
  8. 2Part
  9. 1 cupcoconut cream
  10. to tasteCoconut flakes
  11. 1 cupwhipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk egg yolks and sugar till foamy add the rest of the ingredients but reserve half a cup sugar and egg whites

  2. 2

    Whisk egg whites till firm fold in and bake till brown

  3. 3

    Top with cream and let cool add whipped cream and coconut on top
