Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gmRajgiri flour
  2. 150 gmSugar grinded
  3. 50 gmWheat flour
  4. 25 gmSoya flour
  5. 100 gmGhee
  6. 4Green caradomom crushed
  7. 20 gmDry fruits chopped
  8. 100 gmsMilk for kneading the flour
  9. 2 tspMalai
  10. 1 tspBaking powder

Steps

10 minute
  1. 1

    In a bowl seave all flour & baking powder together.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients except dry fruits.

  3. 3

    Knead it well like a dough.

  4. 4

    Cut it in a heart shape or which shape you like.

  5. 5

    Fix dry fruits on it.

  6. 6

    Keep it in preheated oven at.130 degree c for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Remove it from oven.

  8. 8

    It will looks like golden in colours & crispy.
