Boil all the vegetables adding a little salt.drain the water.

Make a smooth paste of soaked rice and jeera and grated coconut and green chillies and dry chillies.add onion garlic ginger paste.Add chopped coriander leaves too.

Add salt and haldi powder.make a semi liquid paste.

Now heat a pan. Spread some oil. Dip vegetables in the smooth batter and fry it brown.

Serve it hot with chutney of ur choice.
