  • 1 cuppalmoil
  • 1large sliced onion
  • 5diced scotch bonnet
  • Pinchsalt

    Put palm oil on heat do not alow to get very hot

  2. 2

    Add sliced onion and diced scotch bonnet add pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Your sauce is ready as soon as onion is soft

  4. 4

    Enjoy with tin moimoi.
