Peel the potatoes, wash them and boil them in salty water with some spices (Tumeric & Mixed Herbs) till soft.

Mash the potatoes into an even thick mixture.

Use your onion & tomato to cook the minced meat (add spices to your liking).

Scoop small but even portions of your mashed potatoes, in these portions, carefully enclose just enough minced meat and roll them into balls, completely covering the minced meat inside.

Deep the balls above into a mixture of the egg with milk, spreading the mixture evenly on the surface of the balls.

Coat the above ball evenly with bread crumbs.

Deep fry the above till they turn golden brown.

Your meal is now ready and can be served with Kachumbari.
